Consumer Health Data Policy
Effective: 2026-09-02
This policy is published under the Washington My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373. It describes the consumer health data that Slateford LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects through the Twilvi website and the products and features available through it (the "Service"), and how a consumer may exercise the rights that act provides.
This policy applies in addition to our Privacy Policy.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect, and why
We collect biometric data: information derived from faces appearing in the photographs you upload, generated by analyzing those photographs.
We collect it for one purpose: to group photographs of the same person within your own album, so that you can select and arrange photographs by the people in them when you build a calendar. It is used for that purpose and to operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
We do not collect any other category of consumer health data.
2. Categories of sources from which we collect it
We collect it from a single source: the photographs you upload to the Service.
3. Categories of consumer health data we share
We share the photographs you upload with the third parties listed in Section 4, which process them on our behalf. Data derived from faces is generated and stored within the Service.
We do not sell consumer health data.
4. Categories of third parties with whom we share it
- Service providers that host, store, and process data on our behalf, including a third-party artificial intelligence service to which copies of your photographs are sent for analysis.
- Recipients required by law, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We do not share consumer health data with any affiliate.
5. How to exercise your rights
Under RCW 19.373.040 you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and to access that data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it and contact information for each;
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data; and
- Delete your consumer health data.
To delete your consumer health data, delete the project containing the photographs from within the Service. Deleting a project deletes the photographs in it and the data derived from faces in them.
To make any other request, or if you need help, write to support@twilvi.com with the email address on your account and a description of your request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
6. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the amended policy and update the "Effective" date above. We will not collect, use, or share consumer health data for any additional category or purpose not disclosed here without first obtaining your consent.
