Privacy Policy

Twilvi is a service of Slateford LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through the Twilvi website and the products and features available through it (the "Service"), how we use it, and how we share it. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Slateford LLC.

This policy does not apply to any third party's website or service, including the checkout operated by Fourthwall, Inc., each of which has its own privacy policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. The email address and other information you provide when you create and maintain an account.

Photographs and the information in them. The image files you upload, and the information recorded inside those files by the device that took them, which may include the date and time, camera and lens details, and location.

Information derived from photographs. Information we generate by analyzing the photographs you upload, including information derived from faces appearing in them, which is used to group photographs of the same person within your own album.

Order information. The products you order and the information needed to produce and ship them. Payment is taken by Fourthwall, Inc. on its own checkout pages. We do not receive or store your payment card number.

Technical information. Information your browser or device sends when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, and the pages and features you use.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Analyze, select, and arrange the photographs you upload, and produce the calendar you build;
  • Produce, fulfill, and support the products you order;
  • Communicate with you about your account, your orders, and changes to our terms or policies;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to legal process.

3. How we share information

We share information as follows:

  • With service providers. Third parties that host, store, process, print, and ship on our behalf. This includes a third-party artificial intelligence service to which copies of your photographs are sent for analysis.
  • With Fourthwall, Inc. Fourthwall is the seller of all products available through the Service. Information needed to complete and fulfill your order is shared with Fourthwall and is handled under Fourthwall's own privacy policy.
  • For legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or license your photographs.

4. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as your account and your projects exist. When you delete a project, the photographs in it and the information derived from them, including information derived from faces, are deleted from the Service. We may keep information longer where we are required to do so by law.

5. Your choices

  • Delete your photographs. You can delete a project at any time from within the Service.
  • Withhold consent. The Service does not analyze faces in your photographs unless you affirmatively consent. If you do not consent, the Service is not available to you.
  • Stop using the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.
  • Contact us. To ask about this policy or about information we hold about you, write to support@twilvi.com.

6. Do Not Track

The Service does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

7. Third-party tracking

We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or services when you use the Service.

8. Children

The Service is offered only to people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Where the Service is offered

The Service is offered only in the United States, and is not offered in Illinois or Texas.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the amended policy and update the "Effective" date above, and, if we consider the changes material, we may notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the amended policy is posted is subject to that policy.
